Friday was out for dinner and countdown

Town was still packed at 3 am
Middle of the night movie bore me
Contact lens couldn't take it either
So I surrendered at 5
Cab ride back was an eventful one with Jack
Mr Cab-Driver-Who-Wanted-To-Kill-Us
Took 15 mins from town to home
His cornering was sharper than a samurai sword
His feet never felt the meaning of braking
And his speed matched up with Japan's bullet train
I can by far declare that the worst cab ride of 2005

Don't treat my patience like a rubber band
